Nadine Fennig is a co-founder of Body Restoration and currently serves as the organization’s Director of Operations. Nadine graduated from the University of Alberta in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (with distinction). In her 22 years of practice, Nadine has enjoyed pursuing many continuing education courses pertaining to physical therapy as well as business and prides herself in her persistence for perpetual growth.

Nadine has pursued several post graduate courses and certifications including a Certificate in Manual Therapy from Curtin University, a Certificate in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), a Certificate in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, and a Certificate in Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapeutics from the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial and Cervical Therapeutics. She has also completed various manual therapy courses all over the world and her latest found passion is musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Nadine has always been very passionate about collaboration and sharing knowledge with other disciplines as well as inside the physiotherapy profession. She enjoys lecturing and teaching at the University of Alberta in both the Department of Dentistry as well as the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Her passion for mentorship and collaboration laid the ground work for the inception of Body Restoration.

During her years in clinical practice, Nadine has enjoyed treating orthopedic and sports injuries for patients of all ages and backgrounds and prides herself in achieving positive results with not only acute injuries, but also chronic injuries that have not responded to more conventional types of treatments. Nadine uses an evidence based collaborative approach to treatment using a combination of manual therapy, ART, IMS, and shockwave. She takes pride in offering the best of care to each and every patient.

Nadine is married, with 2 beautiful daughters. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she loves jogging and has a new-found love/hate relationship with yoga.
