Moreza Bahar is an accomplished physiotherapist who possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. He has completed a rigorous educational journey, including a 4-year BSc in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Michigan.

With a solid foundation in human physiology and biomechanics, Moreza’s BSc in Physiotherapy provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the human body and its movement. Building upon this knowledge, his MSc in Rehabilitation Sciences at UBC introduced him to evidence-based practice and the critical appraisal of scientific articles. This allowed him to stay abreast of the latest research findings and incorporate them into his clinical decision-making process.

To further his clinical expertise, Moreza pursued a DPT at the University of Michigan, immersing himself in an intensive program that provided a deep understanding of clinical practice and patient care. This comprehensive training equipped him with the skills necessary to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver holistic rehabilitation services to his patients.

Throughout his career, Moreza has demonstrated a particular interest and proficiency in manual therapy. Over the past nine years, he has been utilizing manual therapy techniques to provide effective treatments to his patients. His dedication to continuous professional development led him to achieve Level 3 Manual Therapy Certification in FCAMPT, signifying his advanced skills and expertise in this domain. Furthermore, he is certified to perform dry needling, a highly effective treatment modality, in British Columbia, Canada.

Recognizing the impact of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) on overall health, Moreza has devoted considerable time to working in dental and oral health clinics. By employing his therapeutic interventions and techniques, he has successfully assisted patients dealing with TMD-related issues. Moreza’s exemplary proficiency in this area is reflected in his achievement of the prestigious Certified Clinical Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) degree from PTBCCT, which is recognized by the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP).
